Instructions and rules for the National Energy Regulatory

Based on Article 24(3) of the Electricity Act No. 65/2003, the Electricity Regulatory Authority of the National Energy Authority is authorised to issue general guidelines and rules on the activities of entities subject to the Electricity Act, as the matter concerns a group of regulated entities.
