Revenue cap for distribution

In accordance with Articles 12 and 17 of electricity laws nr. 65/2003 with subsequent amendments, Regulation nr. 1040/2005 on the implementation of electricity laws with subsequent amendments, and Regulation nr. 192/2016 on the assessment of the cost of capital as a reference for permissible return in the determination of revenue thresholds for licensed companies in the transmission and distribution of electricity, the National Regulatory Authority determines revenue thresholds for the transmission company and distribution utilities in a regulated manner. This is done through the establishment of revenue thresholds and their reconciliation.
