Monitoring reports
The National Energy Authority's supervision of the resources of the seabed is based on the provisions of Act No. 73/1990 on the ownership of the natural resources of the seabed and Act No. 87/2003 on the National Energy Authority, as well as the conditions of exploration permits as they are in effect at any given time.
The National Energy Authority's supervision of subsurface resources is based on the provisions of Act No. 57/1998 on the exploration and utilization of subsurface resources and Act No. 87/2003 on the National Energy Authority, as well as the conditions of exploitation permits as they are in effect at any given time.
