13.30 Norway: Highlights from the experiences of the Norwegian Master Plan for Watercourses
Mr Are Mobaek will focus on how the results from the Master Plan work where channelled down to Municipalities and Stakeholders in the counties and how it was used in the decades after completion of the Master Plan.
Mr Haakon Thaulow will give a presentation highlighting the organization of the Master Plan, visualize the resources that was available and the in depth view of the many internal discussions
Mr Torodd Jensen will highlight methodologies for the pre- feasibility studies of hydropower schemes and the constraint to compare benefit of KWh and environment
